Isis Sistrum

Sistrums like this were used in many Egyptian Temple rituals similar to how Wiccans today use sage smudges to drive away evil spirits and to announce the arrival of the God. It is based on a traditional design with a portrait of the Goddess Isis at the top.

Made of cold cast resin with metal disks and beads inside to make an amazing musical sound. It is 11 inches long and lighter weight than other sistrums for longer play. Perfect for magical rites. This piece can shatter if dropped, so it is recommended for adults.
